WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE!
ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and ECheck through PayPal. We reserve the right to charge customer's credit card any additional shipping charge incurred due to customer providing incorrect shipping address. I'm sure you'll agree this is only fair.
RETURNS
We will gladly exchange or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling), less the cost of the UPS return charge if the following conditions are met:
1. CustomerCare@The-Natural-Organic-Baby.com must receive your request for an RA# (Return Authorization# within 7 days of receipt of merchandise
2. Merchandise must be UNUSED, UNWASHED and in BRAND NEW CONDITION. Mattresses and pillows must be in UNOPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
PACKAGING YOUR RETURN
Completely remove or cover the original shipping label. All original packaging and contents (products, manuals, instructions, original invoice/copy of receipt must be enclosed.
No packages can be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Seal the package securely with tape. Be SURE to return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
KEEP YOUR RECEIPT
Keep you shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We recommend you insure the package. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach the return department.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products. The limit of our liability is the replacement of any item you purchased from us.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed, and shipped within an average of 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that address verification and credit card authorization must be received prior to processing. We do not guarantee or refund shipping charges if product is not received as guaranteed by carrier. Carrier's performance is out of our control.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If merchandise is Received damaged, email us at CustomerCare@The-Natural-Organic-Baby.com to receive an RA#. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
